After leaving School Rachel Weston completed a BSc with Honours in Sports Science at Brighton Polytechnic. Once graduated, Rachel went to work at the Chelsea Harbour Club as a personal trainer where she was involved in exercise prescription with a diverse client base.
In 2005 Rachel helped to develop, The Health Equation, an integrated health clinic on Harley Street where she was able to develop her skills further working with a multidisciplinary team specialising in injury rehabilitation.
She has worked for over 20 years in the health, fitness and rehabilitation industry and during this time has extended her education through study with the CHEK Institute in San Diego and Neuro Muscular Therapy with Paul St John in Florida.
Rachel has also been an elite marathon runner achieving a bronze medal in the team event of the London Marathon in 2000 with a time of 2:57. She therefore also has a close understanding of the needs of high-performance athletes
Rachel has a good working with relationship with all her clients who have a variety of needs and demands, and knows this can only be achieved with a multi-dimensional approach.
