Since 2004 Kieran Macphail has been passionate about getting people out of chronic pain and back to what they do best. Starting as a personal trainer and sports massage therapist, working mainly with golfers and back pain. He has since gone on to complete degrees in physiotherapy and nutritional therapy, as well as advanced studies in holistic lifestyle management and corrective and high-performance exercise. His MSc is in musculoskeletal medicine and this has enabled him to work with a wide range of patients suffering from acute and chronic conditions.
In recent years, Kieran has studied with luminaries such as Karel Lewitt, Pavel Kolar, Paul Chek, Guy Voyer. He is currently studying for a PhD in nutrition and spinal pain.
