Golf Conditioning short summary

The Golf Performance programme has developed of some 15 years of experience working with some of the best golfers in the world.


We are now using these same technologies and techniques to help amateurs both improve their game, recover from injury and improve physical resilience meaning more golf with less aches and pains.

Our system starts with an in-depth assessment of your body’s movement mechanics. It is, in essence, an MOT of your body to see how you move and how this influences the path of both your swing arc and then resulting ball flight.

Once we have gathered this biomechanical data we build a stretching and strengthening programme designed specifically for your needs. We take you through this programme making sure that you have mastered all the steps in this process and then also can provide coaching support to keep you on track as you progress.


Your initial appointment with our practitioner will be between 60-90 minutes, with follow-ups generally at 60 minutes.
